To enter the Contest, you must attend Sugar Taco at 7257 Melrose Avenue on October 31st between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, dressed is a Halloween Costume. You must provide your name and current and correct contact information at the time of attendance. Limit of one entry per person. Purchases will not enhance your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Contest is open to all who attend Sugar Taco on October 31st between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, dressed is a Halloween Costume and provide current and correct contact information.

Each person choosing to enter the contest, shall provide their name and current contact information and will be awarded one entry into a random draw. On October 31st, a random draw will be conducted by Sugar Taco Management from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail the following day and must attend Sugar Taco to receive their prize.

One prize will be awarded, consisting of 1 free taco each day beginning November 1st, 2019 and ending November 1, 2020. This must be redeemed in person at Sugar Taco, 7257 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles for either eat-in or take out. It cannot be used for on-line ordering, on-line ordering apps or any other method. This is a single Taco without any “add-ons”. Any additional add-ons must be purchased separately by the winner. The 1 taco per day must be used each day and every day and cannot be accumulated. If a free taco is not claimed on any given day, that day’s prize will be deemed as used. This prize is not transferable and can be used by the winner only.

By participating in this contest, the winner agrees to have his/her likeness used in any advertising or social media posts by Sugar Taco without any financial compensation or publicity release whatsoever. Entry information will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Contest, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, complete and current. The Contest will run on October 31st, 2019 from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm only. No purchase necessary.
